A Proclamation
Pursuant to section 320 of the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Māori Land Court to the Minister of Transport,
I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.
Schedule
Turakina Māori Reserve Block 1 Koitiata Survey District (commonly known as Turakina Beach Road); marked “A” on SO 35134, being approximately 750 metres in length and containing an area of 1.1330 hectares.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 1st day of March 2012.
