Land Acquired for Limited Access Road and Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—State Highway 2 Mangatawhiri, Waikato District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway;

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and both shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway 2 Tauranga Eastern Arterial, Papamoa, Tauranga City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Realigning a Road—Whangaehu Road, Porangahau, Central Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice headed Road Realignment—Whangaehu Road, Pongarahau, Central Hawke’s Bay District, dated the 26th day of January 2012, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 February 2012, No. 11, page 278, by replacing "Pongarahau" in the heading with "Porangahau" and deleting the land in the Third Schedule and replacing it with the land in the Schedule to this notice.
