Transfer of Existing Public Work—Essendon Road, Darfield, Selwyn District

Pursuant to section 50(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Graham Roger Williams, Land Information New Zealand, transfers the land described in the Schedule to this notice to the Selwyn District Council as a reserve for a gravel pit on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
