Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservator for the East Coast Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Declaration That Land is a Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on 30 September 2010 declaring the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
