Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 28 September 2007, which was granted under those Regulations to Fiona Hughes in respect of Early Years 5 (A) Daly (55416), situated at 5A Daly Street, Lower Hutt CBD, Lower Hutt.
