Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 January 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Stephen Piper in respect of I Kids Greta Pt – Kea (60089), situated at 310 Evans Bay Parade, Greta Point, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
