HS 2012 TARIFF – CONSEQUENTIAL CHANGES TO PART II CONCESSIONS

The following tariff concessions have been modified as a result of HS2012 tariff nomenclature changes which took effect on 1 January 2012. The modified concessions will be incorporated in the Consolidated List of Approvals relating to Part II of the Tariff of New Zealand from February 2012 for the electronic subscriber version and the Customs website. The next print copy of the Consolidated List will be published in March 2012.

Concession 981000F (Paprika (ground spice) to change from 0904.20.09 to 0904.22.00.

Concession 701357E (Dried red, green and green/red bell peppers) to change from 0904.20.09 to 0904.22.00.

Concession 998283D (Cranberry juice concentrate, no added sugar, in bulk containers) to change from 2009.80.19 to 2009.81.20.

Concession 681037D (Polyurethane midsoles – 6406.20.00, 6406.99.05) to change from 6406.20.00 and 6406.99.05 to 6406.20.00 and 6406.90.20.

Concession 982796L (Heel pillows and cushions) to change from 6406.99 to 6406.90.

Concession 982797J (Orthotic foot pads viz: medical longitudal arch, cuboid pad, valgus heel wedge, varus heel wedge, neuroma pad, sport orthotic, heel pad, heel spur pad, full length insole) to change from 6406.99 to 6406.90.
