Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007,
and in the matter of mortgage 7409912.3 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry), Identifier HBM3/1251 (“the mortgage”),
and in the matter of Mark Collier and Valda Stephanie Tuahine-Collier:

Maree Zinzley, Manager (Approvals Operations), ACVM Group, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF), acting under delegated authority from the Director-General of MAF, gives notice, under section 22(3)(b) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“the Act”), that the following trade name products are removed from the Register of trade name products under section 24 of the Act:

Under section 22(3)(c) of the Act, any removed product may continue to be sold and used (but not manufactured) until 31 January 2013, but not at any time after that date.
