Acquisition of Land for Road—Worley Place–Alexandra Street, Hamilton City

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette as if:

(a) PU2 and PU4 on Unit Plan DPS 66160 were first transferred to become part of the common property on DPS 66160 pursuant to the Unit Titles Act 2010; and

(b) the land described in the Schedule to this notice is subsequently acquired for road and vested in the Hamilton City Council by way of transfer under section 57 of the Unit Titles Act 2010, with the intent that the balance of PU2 and PU4 shall be described as PU2B and PU4C on a new unit plan in substitution for DPS 66160 as may be provided for by section 15 of the Unit Titles Act 2010 and PU2B will be held with AU2A, AU2C, AU2D and AU2E, DP 66160 in a new Computer Register and PU4C will be held with AU4A and AU4B, DP 66160 in a new Computer Register.
