Accident Compensation Act 2001
Amendment to Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation (Liability to Pay or Contribute to Cost of Treatment) Regulations
Pursuant to section 324(5) of the Accident Compensation Act 2001, the Minister for ACC, in consultation with the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Health, approves the $5.00 increase (GST inclusive) in payment for all visits by under six-year-olds to general practitioners (and combined general practitioner and nurse visits) that
has been recommended by the ACC for inclusion in the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation (Liability to Pay or Contribute to Cost of Treatment) Regulations 2003*.
This approval applies from 19 December 2012 to 18 June 2013.
During the period of approval, the Regulations must be read as if:
- In Regulation 13(2)(a)(i), “$32.52” was replaced with “$36.87”.
- In Regulation 15(2)(a)(i), “$35.31” was replaced with “$39.66”.
