4420 NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 148 13 DECEMBER 2012

Road Realignment—State Highway 60–Te Mamaku Drive, Tasman District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and which has the effect of adding the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to State Highway 60, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, and both shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be declared road and to vest in the Tasman District Council;

(c) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Fourth Schedule of this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in the Crown;

(d) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Fifth Schedule of this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
