Airworthiness Directives
Pursuant to section 72I(3A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Geoff Connor, Manager Aircraft Certification, acting under a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products.
These airworthiness directive will come into force on:
- EASA AD 2012-0252 12 December 2012
- EADA AD 2012-0187R2 13 December 2012
- EASA AD 2012-0254 13 December 2012
- FAA AD 2012-23-01 26 December 2012
- FAA AD 2012-22-01 28 December 2012
This airworthiness directive came into force on:
- EASA AD 2012-0246 30 November 2012
These emergency airworthiness directives will come into force on:
- FAA AD 2012-24-09 20 December 2012
- UKCAA MPD 2012-005-E 21 December 2012
These emergency airworthiness directives came into force on:
- FAA AD 2012-22-11 16 November 2012
- EASA AD 2012-0257-E 7 December 2012

Electricity Industry Act 2010
Notice of Adoption of Replacement Emergency Management Policy

Pursuant to clause 5(c) of Schedule 1 of the Electricity Industry Act 2010 ("Act"), I give notice that the Electricity Authority ("Authority") adopts a replacement Emergency Management Policy for the purposes of clause 7.5 of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 ("Code").

The adoption of the Emergency Management Policy has effect from 13 December 2012.

The Emergency Management Policy is a document incorporated by reference into the Code as having legal effect in accordance with section 32 of the Act.

A copy of the Emergency Management Policy and the Code is available on the Authorityβs website www.ea.govt.nz/act-code-regs/code-regs/the-code/

A copy of the Emergency Management Policy and the Code may also be inspected free of charge or purchased from the Electricity Authority, Level 7, ASB Bank Tower, 2 Hunter Street, Wellington.

Notice of the Electricity Industry Participation (Policy Statement and Procurement Plan Review Process) Code Amendment 2012

Pursuant to section 38(3)(b) of the Electricity Industry Act 2010 ("Act"), the Electricity Authority ("Authority") gives notice of the making of the Electricity Industry Participation (Policy Statement and Procurement Plan Review Process) Code Amendment 2012.

The amendment comes into force on 10 January 2013.

The amendment makes changes to the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 ("Code"):
(a) to provide for a complete review of the policy statement and procurement plan at least every two years; and
(b) to allow changes to the policy statement and procurement plan to be made between reviews; and
(c) to modify the process for consultation on changes to the policy statement and procurement plan; and
(d) to allow for a streamlined process for making technical and non-controversial changes to the policy statement or procurement plan;
