Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus
Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Pursuant to Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on or around 23 July 1979 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus assets, being an estate in fee simple in all the land containing 147 square metres, more or less, being Part Lot 15, Block I, DP 10 and Part Lot 15, Block I, DP 10, comprised in Certificate of Title OT146/158 (Otago Land Registration District) with the brackets around DUNEDIN BRANCH omitted in the name of the registered proprietor, be vested in Royal New Zealand Plunket Society Dunedin Branch Incorporated, an incorporated society under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

This direction shall become final on 12 January 2013.

No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.

Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of VETSERVICE TRADING LIMITED (a company that ceased trading on 13 October 2006):

The sum of $5,631.69 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged on behalf of the various shareholders of VETSERVICE TRADING LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to VETSERVICE TRADING LIMITED, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 14 January 2013.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Trish Voelkerling) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.
