Reserves Act 1977
Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Support Manager for the East Coast Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the South Auckland Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 May 1981, No. 67, page 1518, to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule as a reserve for local purpose (site for a kindergarten).
