Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, by virtue of section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 67A.

Land Declared Road and Land Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—Dunbars Road, Halswell, Christchurch City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the Christchurch City Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of the Christchurch Southern Motorway and shall vest in the Crown; and

(c) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares that the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
