Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993

We advise that AUTO PORTAL CO., LTD, whose registered office is at 41A Princes Avenue, Three Kings, Auckland 1041, wishes to be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Act, as the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
