Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Colin Thomas McCloy and David John Bridgman, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the above-named companies on 26 November 2012 under the terms of various security agreements.

The Properties in Receivership Are: All of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.
