Disclosure by Christchurch International Airport Limited—Commerce Act (Specified Airport Services Information Disclosure) Determination 2010
Pursuant to the Commerce Act (Specified Airport Services Information Disclosure) Determination 2010 ("Determination"), made under section 52P of the Commerce Act 1986, Christchurch International Airport Limited ("company") confirms that from 30 November 2012:
- information will be disclosed by the company, pursuant to clauses 2.3 and 2.4 of the Determination in respect of the 12-month period ending 30 June 2012 ("disclosure");
- that disclosure can be found at

and - hard copies of the disclosure may be inspected at or obtained from

The Board of Food Standards Australia New Zealand gives notice of the making of this variation under section 92 of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991. The Standard commences on the date specified in clause 3 of this variation.
