Road Realignment and Easement to be Acquired—State Highway 5, Dillons Hill, Hastings District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 5 and vested in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBL2/990 subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1991 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBW1/646, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1991, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 564325.3;

(d) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBW1/646, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1991, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 564325.3;

(e) Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 28, and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, acquires a right to drain water easement in gross in favour of Her Majesty The Queen for use in connection with a road over the land in the Fifth Schedule to this notice upon the rights and powers implied and prescribed by the Fourth Schedule to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Declared Road—State Highway 3 and Brightwell Road, Marton, Rangitikei District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and vests in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right to drain sewage, right to convey telecommunications and computer media, and a right to convey electricity by means of easement in gross by Landcorp Holdings Limited (the "Grantor") is acquired over the land described in the First Schedule to this notice upon terms and conditions described in the Second Schedule to this notice vesting in the Far North District.
