In accordance with section 34(1)(a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice of his intention to make the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules:

• Part 1 – Definitions and Abbreviations
• Part 61 – Pilot Licences and Ratings
• Part 91 – General Operating and Flight Rules
• Part 103 – Microlight Aircraft – Operating Rules
• Part 133 – Helicopter External Load Operations
• Part 137 – Agricultural Aircraft Operations

contained in NPRM 09-02, CAA Docket 4/CAR/4.

Civil Aviation Rule Parts 1, 91, 103, 133 and 137 are consequential amendments to the proposed complete review of Part 61.
