John Howard Ross Fisk and David John Bridgman, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of the entities on 15 November 2012 by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 137G(1) of the Financial Advisers Act 2008.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the entities’ undertaking, property and assets.

That appointment ceased with effect from 2.00pm on 22 November 2012, the receivers having realised the property in respect of which they had been appointed.
