Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over that part of the local purpose (coastal protection) reserve described in the Schedule with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

Declaring Land as Reserve and Change of Name of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council resolved on 15 August 2011 that, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977:

(a) Pursuant to section 14, the Tauranga City Council declares the land described in the First Schedule shall be held for recreation reserve.

(b) Pursuant to sections 16 and 52, the Tauranga City Council declares the land described in the Second Schedule and known as Grenada Park be classified recreation reserve and shall hereafter be known as Arataki Park.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of Fresh Notice

Under section 6 of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Community Support Manager for the East Coast Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice headed Classification of a Reserve and Declaration That Reserves be United to Form the Mangaone Scenic Reserve, dated the 22nd day of August 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 August 1995, No. 90, page 2670, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Classification of a Reserve and Declaration That Reserves be United to Form the Mangaone Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Support Manager, East Coast Bay of Plenty Conservancy for the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19(1)(a) of the said Act, and further declares that the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be united to form one reserve to be known as the Mangaone Scenic Reserve.
