3. Deleting the third and final paragraph in the Fourth Schedule and substituting the following:

"The Council has covenanted that Wayne Revell Baker (hereinafter called the vendor) shall not be liable nor called upon to contribute towards the costs of erection or maintenance of any dividing or boundary fence between the land acquired by the Council for water reservoir site under this notice and that acquired for sanitary works (sewage treatment site) under GN C422845.1, and any land belonging to the vendor, but this provision shall not inure to the benefit of any purchaser or purchasers from the vendor of any such adjoining land".

Amending a Notice Declaring Land and Easement Acquired—Baker Drive, Omapere, Far North District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 17th day of September 2012, declaring land and easement acquired, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 September 2012, No. 120, page 3432, by:

1. Deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following:

   "(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for water reservoir site and shall vest in the Far North District Council;".

2. Deleting the First Schedule and substituting the following:

Land Acquired for the Use and Convenience of a Road and for Stormwater Management Purposes—93 State Highway 16, Whenuapai, Auckland

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the use and convenience of a road;

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stormwater management purposes and vested in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
