Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service

Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 March 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Angela Tracey in respect of Barnardos KidStart Wellington 3 (60286), situated at Level 11, 14 Hartham Place North, Porirua, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreements

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Acting Group Manager, Regional Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:

• St Mary’s Catholic School, Otorohanga (2680).
• Our Lady of Fatima School, Mairehau, Christchurch (3460).
• St Peter’s School, Beckenham, Christchurch (3542).

The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on 30 October 2012.

Cancellation of Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 11C of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, I hereby give notice that the Minister of Education, on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, and the Wellington Jewish Community Centre have mutually agreed to cancel the integration agreement for Moriah College, Wellington (1174).

This agreement was signed on 15 July 1996, by the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen and the proprietor.

This cancellation will take effect from 27 January 2013.

Dunedin Christian Schools Association Incorporated (Attendance Dues) Notice 2012

Under section 36(2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to Dunedin Christian Schools Association Incorporated in respect of any pupil at Liberton Christian School shall be a maximum of $890.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per annum.

Under section 36(2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable in respect of any pupil at Emmanuel Christian School (Christchurch) shall be a maximum of $900.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil in 2013 and a shall be a maximum of $1,330.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per annum from 2014.
