Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

FM Custodians Limited, the mortgagee of Hunt Distribution Limited under mortgage 9107484.3, gives notice that on 6 November 2012, it entered into possession of the land known as Units 8 and 9, 31 Railway Avenue, Lower Hutt, being the stratum estates in freehold comprised in certificate of title WN40B/615, more particularly described as Unit 8 and half-share Accessory Units A, B, C, D, E, F and G, DP 73323 and in certificate of title WN40B/616, more particularly described as Unit 9 and Accessory Unit 9A and half-share Accessory Units A, B, C, D, E, F and G, DP 73323.

The mortgagee entered into possession pursuant to its rights under a notice issued under section 119 of the Property Law Act 2007.

The address of the mortgagee for communication relating to this property is at the offices of Midlands Mortgage Trust, 120 Karamu Road North (PO Box 609), Hastings.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage instrument 7632632.1 certificate of title HBJ2/1070 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry) (“the mortgage”):

ASB Bank New Zealand Limited (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it is deemed to be in possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 18 October 2012, being the date that the High Court at Napier made orders giving the mortgagee vacant possession on 27 November 2012.

The description of the land is the property known as 45 Williams Street, Marewa, Napier, and having legal description as an estate in fee simple being certificate of title HBJ2/1070 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry).

The address to which communications relating to the mortgaged land may be addressed is Bell Gully, Level 22, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, PO Box 4199, Auckland (Attention: A. J. Smith).

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007

Take notice that on 31 October 2012, DPL Insurance Limited, pursuant to an order of the High Court at Napier, has entered into and become mortgagee in possession of the property at 64 Moteo Pa Road, RD 3, Napier, being all the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register HBG4/1191.

The registered address of the mortgagee, DPL Insurance Limited, is at Level 8, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland.

Financial Reporting Act 1993

The Financial Reporting Act (Overseas Companies) Exemption Notice 2012

Under section 35B of the Financial Reporting Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies gives the following notice together with a statement of reasons.

Notice

1. Title—This notice is the Financial Reporting Act (Overseas Companies) Exemption Notice 2012.

2. Commencement—This notice comes into force on 16 November 2012.

3. Expiry—This notice expires on the close of 15 November 2017.

4. Interpretation—(1)
   Act means the Financial Reporting Act 1993.
   approved auditor means a person who is qualified in accordance with the laws of the specified jurisdiction in which the exempt overseas company is incorporated (including overseas legislation).
   exempt overseas company means an overseas company:

   (a) that is incorporated in a specified jurisdiction; and

   (b) which is not an issuer.
