Land Declared Road and Land Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road—State Highway 1 Te Rapa Bypass, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall remain vested in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Road and Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road—State Highway 1 Te Rapa Bypass, Waikato District

Pursuant the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, acquires the land described in the First Schedule to this notice for road which, pursuant to section 88 of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway, and which vests in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, acquires the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip), subject to the drainage and fencing rights created by Conveyance 310609, which shall vest in the Crown

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Pollard Road (Unformed), Te Awamutu, Waipa District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Waipa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA27D/792.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA27D/792.
