Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule to be taken for road and State highway and vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA62B/895, subject to Mortgage 8462258.1.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 73 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
