Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Asset of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Pursuant to Section 27(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on 9 August 2010 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus asset, being approximately $1,280.00 held to its credit by HDA Lawyers Limited, solicitors of Auckland, be vested after the deduction of reasonable costs and expenses in Perron Central Limited at Auckland.

This direction shall become final on 19 November 2012.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 January 2007, which was granted under those Regulations to Aisha McManus in respect of Te Ngahouhuia Kohungahunga (10072), situated at 189 Paparore Road, Awanui-Kaitaia.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
