Stephen George Wilkins, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Tauranga, were, on 28 September 2012, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of RHG LIMITED and CREATIVE LIGHTING LIMITED – trading as THE LIGHTING WORKSHOP PARTNERSHIP, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 5th day of March 2010, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property.
