Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 31 July 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Sophie Hamilton in respect of Paradise Childcare Centre - Trentham (50076), situated at 71 Merton Street, Trentham South, Upper Hutt.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reappointments/appointment to the New Zealand Blood Service Board

Pursuant to the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has reappointed

David Chamberlain
as a member and chairperson of the board of the New Zealand Blood Service;

Professor Peter Browett
as a member of the board of the New Zealand Blood Service; and appoints

Raewyn Idoine
as a member of the board of the New Zealand Blood Service.

These appointments commence on 1 October 2012 and end on 30 September 2015.
