Land Acquired for Right of Way—Hetherington Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to section 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the right of way easement described in the First Schedule hereto is granted by Sanpat Holdings Limited over the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto in favour of the Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway 60 Te Mamaku Drive, Tasman District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be declared road and to vest in the Tasman District Council;

(c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
