Systems gives notice that it intends to apply for approval of the code of practice HSNOCOP 60 Stationary Container Systems Connected to a Generator Set.
The purpose of this code of practice is to provide a means of compliance, with the requirements of clause 8(2) of the Hazardous Substances (Dangerous Goods and Scheduled Toxic Substances) Transfer Notice 2004 (as amended), for the stationary containers which are imported with a generator set package.

Land Transport Act 1998
Notification of Ordinary Rules
Pursuant to section 161(3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, notification is hereby given of the making of nine Rules that amend Land Transport Rules.
The amendment Rules, which were consulted on in Land Transport Rule: Omnibus Amendment 2012, are:
- Land Transport (Driver Licensing) Amendment Rule 2012 (Rule 91001/9)
- Land Transport Rule: External Projections Amendment 2012 (Rule 32008/2)
- Land Transport Rule: Glazing, Windscreen Wipe and Wash, and Mirrors Amendment 2012 (Rule 32012/4)
- Land Transport Rule: Operator Licensing Amendment 2012 (Rule 81001/7)
- Land Transport (Road User) Amendment Rule 2012 (Rule 61001/7)
- Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices Amendment 2012 (Rule 54002/6)
- Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Equipment Amendment 2012 (Rule 32017/5)
- Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Lighting Amendment 2012 (Rule 32005/6)
- Land Transport Rule: Work Time and Logbooks Amendment 2012 (Rule 62001/5)
These amendment Rules, which make minor changes, come into force on 1 November 2012.
They are available for inspection free of charge at the National Office of the NZ Transport Agency, Victoria Arcade, 50 Victoria Street, Wellington, and at the NZ Transport Agency’s regional offices.

This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Rotorua 2012, No. 2.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
