Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that we, Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Raymond Clark, were appointed on 10 September 2012 as joint and several receivers in respect of all present and after-acquired property of WIRE BY DESIGN LIMITED (Company No.: 3187365) (in receivership and in liquidation) by Wrights Investments Limited (Company No.: 1171434) under deed of appointment.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: RHB Chartered Accountants Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
