(viii) An undivided one-twelfth share shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 511994, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Gazette Notice 661822.1 and Mortgage 7331394.2;
(ix) An undivided one-twelfth share shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 511995, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Gazette Notice 661822.1 and Mortgage 7331394.2;
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
