Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 March 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Kiwi Supertots Kinder Palace Botany (45399), situated at 37 Bishop Dunn Place, East Tamaki, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
