Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for a local purpose (walkway and cycle way) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and vested in the Tasman District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway 60 Te Mamaku Drive, Tasman District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and which has the effect of adding the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to State Highway 60, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, and both shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be declared road and to vest in the Tasman District Council;

(c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown;

(d) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 52, set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
