Pursuant to sections 70B and 70D of the Securities Act 1978, the Financial Markets Authority on 4 September 2012 granted the exemptions contained in the Securities Act (Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited) Exemption Notice (No 3) 2012 and, effective on the close of 6 September 2012, revoke the exemptions contained in the Securities Act (Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited) Exemption Notice (No 2) 2012.

Auckland Rural Fire District Constitution and Administration Notice 2012

Pursuant to sections 4(1) and 8(1) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice is the Auckland Rural Fire District Constitution and Administration Notice 2012.

(2) This notice will come into force on 1 October 2012.

2. Constitution and administration of Auckland Rural Fire District—(1) The areas set out in the Schedule to this notice are hereby constituted and declared to be a rural fire district to be known as the Auckland Rural Fire District.

(2) For the purposes of the Act, the Auckland Rural Fire District shall be administered by the Auckland Rural Fire Committee.

(3) The committee shall be the Auckland Council.

(4) The area set out in the Schedule to the notice does not include any “fire district” as that term is defined in section 2 of the Fire Service Act 1975 and any Defence area defined under section 4(2) of the Act.

All those parcels containing 4229.04 square kilometres, more or less, as shown on Plan LGC-AK-R1 lodged in the office of the Local Government Commission, Wellington, and SO 50341, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Auckland (for ease of reference that land is also shown on plans numbered NRFA 0712 deposited in the Corporate Office of the New Zealand Fire Service Commission at Wellington).

Waitakere Rural Fire District Abolition Notice 2012

Pursuant to section 4(4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Waitakere Rural Fire District Abolition Notice 2012.

(2) This notice will come into force on 1 October 2012.

2. Abolition of Waitakere Rural Fire District—The Waitakere Rural Fire District is hereby abolished.

3. Revocation of Rural Fire District Notice—The Waitakere Rural Fire District Notice 1995* is hereby revoked.
