(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portions of land described in the First Schedule to this notice are to be acquired for road and shall be vested in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares that the portions of land described in the Second Schedule to this notice are hereby stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA49C/537, subject to all existing encumbrances.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council;
