The northbound, kerbside lane of State Highway 1 that is at Mana from a point located approximately 304m north of the northern abutment of the existing Paremata Bridge (71m north of Route Position Marker 1035/15.000) and continuing for a distance of approximately 421m to a point located approximately 515m south of the existing Acheron Road intersection with State Highway 1 (approximately 508m south of Route Position Marker 1035/14.00).

Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the conservation area described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the latter Schedule be held for conservation purposes.

Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes
