Pursuant to section 72I(3A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Owen Olls, Airworthiness Specialist, acting under a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products.

Electricity Industry Act 2010
Notice of the Electricity Industry Participation (Minor Amendments Relating to Financial Transmission Rights) Code Amendment 2012

Pursuant to section 38(3)(b) of the Electricity Industry Act 2010 ("Act"), the Electricity Authority ("Authority") gives notice of the making of the Electricity Industry Participation (Minor Amendments relating to Financial Transmission Rights) Code Amendment 2012.

The amendment comes into force on 27 September 2012.

The amendment:
(a) changes the person responsible for determining a normal grid configuration under clause 4 of Schedule 14.6 of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 ("Code") from the system operator to each grid owner; and
(b) makes minor consequential amendments to clause 14.73, and clauses 2 and 5 of Schedule 14.6. -
In accordance with sections 39(3)(a) and (b) of the Act, the Authority is satisfied that the amendment is technical and non-controversial and that there is widespread support for the amendment among the people likely to be affected by it, and therefore the Authority has not prepared or publicised a regulatory statement or consulted on the amendment and the regulatory statement.
