Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 April 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Rebecca Dudley in respect of Country Bears/Baby Bears (10133), situated at Oraha Road, Kumeu.
