Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

GE Finance and Insurance (GE) (“the mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that it has entered into possession of various goods subject to a security agreement.

1. On 21 July 2012, GE entered into possession of the following goods:

   • 2002 Aston Martin DB7, Registration No.: DTD405.
   • 1997 Toyota Hilux, Registration No.: UW4854.
   • 1969 MG C, Registration No.: JY7979.
   • 1958 Wolseley 6/90 90, Registration No.: 69OIII.

2. On 30 July 2012, GE entered into possession of the following goods:

   • 2009 Hitachi Excavator, Chassis No.: HCM1R400A00081206.
   • 2009 Berti Mulcher, S/N: 385510800B.
   • 2009 Toyota Hilux, Registration No.: FAH621.

3. On 31 July 2012, GE entered into possession of the following goods:

   • 2011 EBA 2239 C/C Shredder, S/N: 6271506.
   • 2011 EBA 5141C 4X40mm Shredder, S/N: 6275897.
   • 2011 Kyocera TASKalfa 8000i Printer, S/N: N4R1600027.
   • 2011 Kyocera FSC5350 Colour Printer, S/N: QVR1300414.

4. On 3 August 2012, GE entered into possession of the following goods:

   • 2001 John Deere 5410 Tractor, Registration No.: 42UMG.

5. On 7 August 2012, GE entered into possession of the following goods:

   • 1997 Same Silver 80 Tractor, Registration No.: 73TQR.
