On 22 December 2011, it was resolved by special resolution,
pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993,
that KINGSMILL FARMS LIMITED be liquidated and that
Lyn M. Carey, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered
Accountants, Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 22 December 2011 at
12.30pm.

The liquidator has fixed 10 February 2012 as the last day for
creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority
their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies
Act 1993.
