Notice of Strategic Plan of Industry Body
This notice is issued by Gas Industry Company Limited (“Gas Industry Co”) approved as the industry body by Order in Council under section 43ZL of the Gas Act 1992 (“the Act”).
Pursuant to section 43ZV of the Act, Gas Industry Co gives notice that it has issued its strategic plan for the financial years ending 30 June 2012 to 2014.
A copy of Gas Industry Co’s strategic plan is available at no cost on Gas Industry Co’s website

Amendment to the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (Fees) Notice 2010
Pursuant to sections 139(1)(a), 142(3) and 143(2) of the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 2006, the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (Fees) Notice 2010, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 October 2010, No. 143, page 3604, is amended by inserting
“F. Waiver or Refund of Fees and Levies
The board may provide a waiver or refund, in part or whole, of any fee or levy”
at the end of the Schedule.

Pursuant to sections 130–133 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as The Psychotherapists Board of Aotearoa New Zealand (Fees) Notice 2011.
(2) This notice comes into force on 17 August 2011.
- Fee—(1) The Psychotherapists Board of Aotearoa New Zealand (the “board”) sets the following fees, payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedule.
(2) This notice revokes and replaces all previous board fees notices.

Tax—Fees are exclusive of goods and services tax.

No refund—Fees are not refundable when an application is declined.

Waiver—The board may provide for the waiver or transfer of any fee, or part thereof, in accordance with current policy at the time the fee is paid.

- Initial registration within a scope of practice 250.00
- Overseas qualified registration 700.00
- Reinstatement to the Register within 2 years 100.00
