ST BARNABAS ROSENEATH TRUST BOARD

Application for Approval of a Scheme of Variation

Take notice that on 2 August 2011, the ST BARNABAS ROSENEATH TRUST BOARD (“trust”) will move the High Court at Wellington for orders varying its trust deed under section 33 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

The proposed variation would make two substantive changes:

(a) Consent of the parish and vestry will be required to sell trust property.

(b) Trustees may live further than 20 miles from the Parochial District of St Barnabas.

The proposed variation also makes other minor administrative changes.

However, it will not alter the trust’s charitable purposes.

Any person who wishes to oppose the variation must give seven days’ notice in writing of their intention to do so to:

(a) the Registrar of the High Court at Wellington; and

(b) the trustees, care of the offices of Russell McVeagh, PO Box 10214, The Terrace, Wellington 6143 (Attention: Michael Mabbett); and
