Intellectual Property: The Vendor is the sole owner of, and has the sole right to use, all of the Intellectual Property, and, to the best of the Vendor’s knowledge and belief, no party other than the Vendor has any right or claim to, or has made any claim in respect of, any of the Intellectual Property.
