Land Declared Limited Access Road—State Highway 2 Western Hutt Road and Korokoro Road, Lower Hutt City

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Declared Road and Land Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—Union Street, Wellington Street, Napier Street, Brunswick Street and Froude Street, Grafton Gully, Auckland

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 1 and remains vested in the Crown and which has the effect of adding the land in the Second Schedule to State Highway 1, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, and vests in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown;

(c) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Fourth Schedule to be stopped and set apart, pursuant to section 52(1), for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
