Pursuant to section 38 of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007, I hereby give notice of approval of the Immigration Advisers Competency Standards 2012, which will come into effect on 1 August 2012.

Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87N(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 6 November 2007, notice is given that, having received an application from KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, of the Netherlands, Martin Matthews, Secretary for Transport in the Ministry of Transport, has varied the scheduled international air service licence issued to the airline to provide that code share services may be offered from points in the Netherlands, via intermediate points, to Auckland without limitation on frequency.

This variation took effect on 23 June 2011.
