In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of UPWIND ASSOCIATES LIMITED (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), that:

(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the shareholders of the company have chosen to liquidate the company and distribute the surplus assets.

(b) Any person who wishes to object to the above course of action must do so by 12 August 2011 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice).
