Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 25 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, the High Court at Auckland, on 22 June 2011 at 10.18am, appointed Boris van Delden and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named trust.

The undersigned does hereby fix 8 August 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
